Global Entrepreneurial Leadership Week (November 8-12) is Babson's moment to celebrate the power of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial leadership.

Global Entrepreneurship Week, November 16–22, 2020

Powered by Babson College’s Arthur M. Blank School for Entrepreneurial Leadership, this weeklong series of events and conversations will engage the global Babson community and beyond in an exploration of entrepreneurial leadership.

Our celebration will take place simultaneously with Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW), an international event encompassing 40,000 events in 180 countries around the world.

Entrepreneurial Leadership Village Icebreaker 

Time: 12 - 1 p.m. EST

Online | Gatheround

This Speed Networking event hosted by the Entrepreneurial Leadership Village invites entrepreneurial leaders of all kinds (entrepreneurs, community leaders, students of entrepreneurship, and serial entrepreneurs) to network virtually via Gatheround.

Each participant will have an equal opportunity to connect in a one-on-one setting with 5-6 other people during the networking hour. Join to build connections and share what entrepreneurial leadership means to you.

Community Table: Local Solutions to Global Dilemmas with Stephen Ritz of Green Bronx Machine

How do we create local solutions to global issues like food insecurity? Join a conversation with the creator of the world's first edible classroom, Stephen Ritz, a South Bronx educator who is using urban farming as a tool to transform mindsets, behaviors, and communities. 

Virtual Fashion Panel: Fashion Industry Digital Commerce Acceleration During and After COVID-19

Recent challenges to the fashion industry include digital acceleration and the transformation of business models, organizational expertise, and a move toward more sustainable practices. Come hear how three fashion companies are moving into the future in a panel moderated by Professor Caroline Daniels who leads the Fashion Entrepreneurial Initiative at Babson College. 

Panelists include Kim Jackson, eCommerce & omnichannel merchandising executive, Denise MacDonald, CFO of HANGER9, and Dan Marques ’07, head of Global Digital Commerce at Crocs.

The 9th Annual Disruption Dinner

The Babson College Disruption Dinner is a premiere annual event hosted by the Center for Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership (CWEL) that brings the Babson community together for an evening of inspiration and conversation around women’s empowerment and entrepreneurial leadership.

This year, in partnership with the Kerry Murphy Healey Center for Global Health Care Entrepreneurship and the Entrepreneurship Tower (eTower), the event highlights the experiences of accomplished women leaders who are acting boldly to take on the world’s greatest challenges within the field of health care.
