Servane Delanoë-Gueguen is associate professor of entrepreneurship and strategy at TBS Education. At TBS Education, Servane co-founded the TBSeeds incubator and managed it for six years. She led the Strategy, Entrepreneurship and Innovation department from 2018 to 2021 and created several entrepreneurship tracks. SEMIS, a course she co-created, was awarded the 2020 Babson Collaborative Spotlight award. Servane’s research interests focus on the early stages of entrepreneurship, and on entrepreneurial learning and pedagogy. In 2019, TBS Education became the first French business school to join the Babson Collaborative network, for which Servane is champion.

Before joining the academic world, she worked for nine years at Goldman Sachs in Fixed Income Sales and Trading, and for two years on a startup project. She holds a PhD from the Open University in the UK and an MBA from McCombs School of Business, University of Texas at Austin in the U.S.

Jose Manual Aguirre Guillen is the director of Strategic Alliances for Entrepreneurship at Tecnológico de Monterrey, where he oversees all international entrepreneurship engagement inititiatives. He manages the GEM Mexico and previously served as director of technology parks, creating more than 20 tech parks in Mexico. He is an awarded entrepreneurship faculty member.

His professional experience includes 20 years in managing technology-based development projects in Latin America, USA, and Europe, including projects with the IC2 Institute of The University of Texas at Austin. He co-founded two global firms related to technology commercialization. His research focus on technology/​entrepreneurship ecosystems, and technology commercialization. He earned his MSc in technology commercialization from the University of Texas at Austin, his master's in management of technology and his BS in electrical engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey. He is completing his doctorate degree in entrepreneurship at the Universidad de Cantabria, Spain.

Ayman Ismail is an international expert in entrepreneurship and economic development. He is currently the Abdul Latif Jameel Endowed Chair of Entrepreneurship and associate professor at AUC School of Business and the founding director of AUC Venture Lab and AUC Angels. He is a co-founder, angel investor, or board member in several fast-growing startups in fintech, microfinance and logistics.

Previously, he was a research fellow at Harvard Kennedy School, a consultant in McKinsey & Company’s New York office, and a co-founder and managing partner at Enovio Consulting. In 2012, he was selected as a Young Global Leader (YGL) by the World Economic Forum (WEF). He earned his PhD in international economic development from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

Marcelo Leporati is Director of the Strategic Management, Entrepreneurship and Innovation Department at EAE Business School in Spain. He teaches courses related to Supply Chain Management, Project Management and Financial Management in various graduate and undergraduate programs. His primary research interests are related to senior entrepreneurship and supply chain management.

Marcelo has more than 25 years of international professional experience working for various multinational companies, including Toyota Motor Corporation, McDonald’s Corporation, Nestle and Starbucks Coffee Company in different managerial and leadership positions.

Marcelo has a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering and Master Degree in Supply Chain Management, both from Universidad de Belgrano. He also has an International MBA from Instituto de Empresa and a PhD in Finance from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.

Maripier Tremblay is a professor of entrepreneurship at Université Laval in Canada. She holds a DBA (Doctor of Business Administration) from Universite du Quebec a Trois-Rivieres (UQTR), and an MBA degree from Université Laval. She holds the chair in educational leadership on entrepreneurial spirit and entrepreneurship. From 2013-2018, she led the chair in entrepreneurship and innovation. Her expertise and involvement led her to take on the scientific direction of the responsible entrepreneurship plan initiated by Université Laval. Passionate about entrepreneurship and pedagogical innovation, she founded in 2016, L'Academia de la releve entrepreneuriale-CDPQ, a program for high-growth potential entrepreneurs. She is chairman of the Entrepreneuriat Laval Board, the university business accelerator.

Maripier's research interests include responsible entrepreneurship, as well as entrepreneurship education and support. In 2018, Université Laval became the first Canadian university to join the Babson Collaborative network, for which Maripier Tremblay is champion.

For over 20 years, Wutnipong has been teaching at a university in Thailand. His first role at Bangkok University was as Director of Administrative Affairs, after which he served for many years as Dean of the School of Information Technology. Wutnipong was a part of the team that founded Bangkok University's School of Entrepreneurship and Management (BUSEM) in 2014, in which he is now dean.

Wutnipong is passionate about entrepreneurship. He started a business in the IT industry in 2006, and since 2012 has been running the family business in the hotel and tourism industry with his wife.

Wutnipong is striving to make BUSEM the leader in entrepreneurship education in Thailand and Southeast Asia. He received his Master's degree in Computer Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology and his Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Helena Bouza leads EDEM’s International Relations Department, which drives the internationalization strategy, reinforcing partnerships and developing training programs and entrepreneurial immersion programs for foreigners. Bouza oversees the actions for EDEM’s partnership with all international institutions, trying to make the most of them, not only in terms of exchanges but also sharing best practices and offering customized programs and international visits to deep dive in EDEM’s entrepreneurial ecosystem. Bouza’s mission is to spread this project to the world.

In her free time, she studies law and enjoys watching documentary series about crime. She loves writing and is obsessed with traveling, discovering new cultures, and gastronomy.

As the founding director of the Centre for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at FLAME University, Darshan Doshi is committed to building an “Entrepreneurship Village” that nurtures and supports entrepreneurs. Darshan also a director of India operation at Adeption, working to build an innovative learning and development SaaS product that is used by thousands of business leaders around the world.

Previously, as head of operations at Reliance Jio-GenNext, Darshan managed a fertilizer and engineering business across India, and led strategic projects at W.R Grace as a part of its marketing leadership program. Passionate about entrepreneurship, Darshan, an MBA’13, graduated from Babson College with honors and has been active in the U.S. & Indian startup community in various roles. He also is an active TiE Charter Member and Pune International Centre member.

Carlos Rodrich is a professor of innovation at Universidad de Piura (UDEP) and recently also co-director at Innovate Peru, the principal innovation and entrepreneurship agency in Peru. Prior to this, he worked full time as director of HUB UDEP, first startup incubator launched in Northern Peru. he has 16 years of expertise in supply chain management and experience leading innovation areas and various types of expertise in supply chains including: e-commerce, automotive, startups, beverages, textiles, and pharmaceutical. In partnership with MIT SCALE Latin America, he managed a project to study SMEs that utilized logistics and supply chain management to improve their productivity. He also worked on the Women in STEM Entrepreneurship (WISE) Program initiative, the first such program in Latin America to focus on the development and inclusion of women in the entrepreneurship ecosystem. He has studied and worked in Europe, Oceania, North America, and Asia.
